Who qualifies

Every guarantee starts with a screen.

Tenants qualify by passing Elite Tenants screening, on a signed lease in good standing. That's the point: the guarantee is earned by verified data, which is why it can be priced the way it is. Eligibility, exclusions, and the backing schedule come attached to your proposal.
